What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and help diagnose vehicle concerns
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
• Provide updates, explain repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate service appointments and follow-up care
• Build relationships and trust with returning customers

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A team-player attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in automotive service is a plus, but not required
• A strong work ethic and professional demeanor
