As our F&I Manager, you’ll play a critical role in finalizing deals, navigating complex financial transactions, and offering tailored solutions that meet our customers’ needs. Your expertise will help drive our success — and theirs.

What You’ll Do:

• Clearly communicate finance and lease options in both English and [insert second language – e.g., Spanish/French]
• Prepare and verify finance contracts to ensure compliance with all legal and dealership standards
• Present and promote extended service contracts, protection packages, and other aftermarket products
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth, customer-friendly buying experience
• Negotiate loan terms and interest rates with lenders to secure the best deal for the customer
• Analyze credit applications to determine financing eligibility and options
• Stay up to date on regulations and industry best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous experience as an F&I Manager or in a related automotive finance role
• Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and credit evaluation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable with finance software and dealership systems
• Certified Notary Public
• Ability to pass all pre-employment background screenings
