What You'll Do as an Automotive Finance Manager

• Be the trusted guide who walks customers through financing options, rates, and terms with clarity and confidence
• Ensure every finance contract is accurate, compliant, and stress-free for our customers
• Maximize value by offering service contracts, protection plans, and other financial products
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless, five-star customer experience
• Secure competitive financing terms through skilled negotiation with lenders
• Evaluate credit profiles to match customers with the best financing solutions
• Handle additional responsibilities with professionalism and adaptability

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in finance and lease documentation
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills – you know how to close a deal
• Experience with automotive finance systems and credit analysis
• Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Must be a Certified Notary Public
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
