CAPITAL and Carolinas Collision Center is Hiring a COLLISION ESTIMATOR

Carolinas Collision Center in Wake Forest is on the hunt for a skilled and sharp Automotive Collision Estimator to join our high-performing team! We’re looking for someone who’s not only detail-driven but also confident in delivering accurate repair estimates while providing top-notch customer service.

As a key player in our Body Shop team, you'll be the go-to expert for assessing vehicle damage and creating repair plans that are clear, honest, and efficient. Your work ensures smooth communication between our customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians — making you an essential part of the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform in-depth inspections of damaged vehicles and determine necessary repairs

• Provide clear, friendly explanations of repair estimates to customers

• Partner with insurance adjusters to review and finalize repair costs

• Communicate effectively with the repair team to ensure accuracy and alignment

• Keep meticulous records of estimates, customer communication, and insurance documents

• Step up for additional tasks as needed – we’re a team that supports one another!

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator (preferred)

• Strong understanding of automotive repairs, parts, and processes

• Proficient with estimating software and general office applications

• Excellent communication skills – especially when translating technical info into everyday language

• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screenings
