• Base pay: $16.90/hour, guaranteed
• Commission: Paid on closed sales, with no cap.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the car-buying experience
• Explain Mazda features, pricing, and current incentives clearly
• Lead test drives and vehicle demos
• Follow up with leads and stay in touch with past customers for repeat and referral business
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and on time
• Work with the sales team to hit and beat monthly targets
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new software
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
