Personal Care Assistant- PCA

The Landings at Caton Hills is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential support and care to our clients in Canton, GA. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized assistance and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ condition and wellbeing
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities when required
• Report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to supervisory staff

Shift

• 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
• Monday - Friday
• Every other weekend

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related caregiving role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with mobility
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus
• Background check and drug screening may be required
