Are you a hospitality leader with a passion for cleanliness, team development, and guest satisfaction? Our Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping and laundry operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain Hilton brand standards throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and department budgets.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Partner with Front Office and Maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and service.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing staff schedules, inventories, and departmental performance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
