Position Overview
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the White Bear Lake, MN area. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with consistent scheduling and ongoing training provided.
Key Responsibilities

Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation

Assist with budgeting, medication administration, and goal achievement

Transport and accompany individuals to community outings, recreational events, and faith-based activities (company vehicles provided)

Ensure a safe, supportive environment while implementing behavior support strategies

Foster independence, self-esteem, and community inclusion in all activities
Qualifications
Required:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to pass a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check
Preferred:
-
Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs (not required – training provided)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
Compensation
Level lI DSP:
-
Weekday Rate: $20.00/hour
-
Weekend Rate: $21.00/hour
Shifts Available
Weekday Shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekend Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
