JOIN OUR TEAM

We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and service-driven Guest Services Representative to be the face of our hotel! In this role, you’ll ensure that every guest’s stay is memorable — from reservation to checkout — while delivering the exceptional hospitality Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa is known for.

YOUR SCHEDULE

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    (Weekend and holiday availability is a must — hospitality never sleeps!)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services and upsell rooms

  • Perform front desk operations: check-ins, reservations, check-outs, pre-registrations, and special requests

  • Respond promptly and warmly to guest inquiries and complaints, offering creative solutions

  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction

  • Complete guest accident reports as needed and in accordance with hotel procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, or 6 months of related experience/training

  • 1+ year experience in hospitality or guest services preferred

  • Comfort handling cash and credit card transactions

  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • A passion for creating positive guest experiences
