Candy Ford Inc. has proudly served the Charlotte community for over 50 years, and we’re looking to add a skilled Automotive Service Technician to our growing service team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford and other vehicle makes according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform repairs in accordance with Ford service procedures and warranty guidelines.
• Accurately document inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Current Michigan State Automotive Certifications are required.
• Previous professional automotive technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Commitment to producing quality work while following OEM repair procedures.
• Ford training and certifications are a plus.
