This is a temporary role. The Elevator Attendant / Guest Services Attendant plays an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. As one of the first and last team members guests encounter, this position provides friendly, professional service while assisting guests and helping ensure smooth lobby operations. This role supports the hotel's commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality by creating positive guest interactions and assisting with a variety of guest service needs.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Assist guests with elevator access and help facilitate an efficient flow of guest traffic.
  • Provide directions, answer questions, and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Offer assistance with luggage or other guest needs as appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and guest service area.
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction.
  • Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to hotel leadership as needed.
  • Perform other guest service duties as assigned to support hotel operations and enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and assist with elevator operations upon arrival and departure
  • Provide information about the hotel and local attractions
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the elevator and lobby area
