FORD FLEET TECHNICIAN

Camelback Ford is seeking a skilled Ford Fleet Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of Ford fleet vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our service team to diagnose issues, complete preventative maintenance, and provide quality service to keep our fleet running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford fleet vehicles including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to maximize vehicle performance and longevity.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with the service team to prioritize work orders and manage workflow effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Stay updated on the latest Ford vehicle technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive or fleet technician, preferably with Ford vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
