Groundskeeper

CooperZadeh Management is the property management division of Cooper Zadeh and works in conjunction with Camden Homes. Cooper Zadeh is a vertically integrated privately-owned company that is in the business of providing housing solutions to the workforce of America. 

Purpose of the Job:

CooperZadeh Management is searching for a Groundskeeper to join our Team. The Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of our community. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform daily grounds cleanup, including removal of trash and pet waste from common areas.

• Maintain landscaping around model homes and amenity spaces (watering, light trimming, etc.).

• Assist with trash outs and light cleanup of vacated homes.

• Support the maintenance team with general labor tasks as needed.

• Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager.

Qualifications:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.

• Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to lift at least 40lbs.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
