The role of a Sales Representative at Camden Homes is to carry out the company mission of helping fulfill the American Dream of living in a home. While delivering upon this mission, a Sales Representative embodies all Camden Homes core values while demonstrating first class customer service and accomplishing the company, team, and personal goals.

Responsibilities for this position are, but not limited to:

Customer Service

  • Provides first-class experience for all customers

Communication

  • Clear, timely, and accurate communication to both the external and internal customer

Community appearance

  • Communities/model homes/inventory homes are clean, neat, and organized

Marketing

  • Maintains signage and marketing collateral throughout the communities and model homes

Product knowledge

  • Maintains accurate information on product selection, features, and pricing

Market knowledge

  • Maintains accurate information on competition and local community

Sales CRM

  • Utilizes the sales CRM to manage leads, contracts, and backlog for communities

Procedure

  • Must follow Camden Homes sales process for each transaction to deliver a predictable and enjoyable experience for customers.

Production

  • Consistently delivers on company, team, and personal goals.

Contract Process

  • Completes the contract and submits with all required monies and documents

Closing process

  • Provides timely and accurate information to the customer and closing coordinator throughout the process

Weekly Customer Updates

  • Provide home updates to customers alongside the construction manager in scheduled weekly calls

Meeting rhythms

  • Attends all required meetings (Daily huddles, goal sessions, department meeting, backlog meetings, company events, etc.)

 

In order to fulfill the above responsibilities, the candidate must have the below competencies:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in New Home Sales

  • Must be able to work weekends

  • Professional attire

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage

  • Real Estate license(s) required to be inactive
