Automotive Service Technician (Up to $150k+)

Camargo Cadillac is looking for skilled, motivated Automotive Technicians to join our service team in Cincinnati.

We’re looking for technicians who take pride in their work, know how to diagnose and repair vehicles the right way, and want to be rewarded for their experience and productivity.

Cadillac or GM experience is a plus, but not required. Experienced technicians from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs including brakes, steering, suspension, engine, drivetrain, and other vehicle systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns using modern diagnostic equipment
• Perform multi-point inspections and identify needed maintenance and repairs
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle diagnosis and repair recommendations
• Provide high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity and efficiency goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills
• Cadillac, GM, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality work
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have or be willing to obtain the tools necessary to perform the position
