New Vehicle Technology Specialist / Delivery Specialist

Do you love technology and enjoy helping people? Camargo Cadillac is looking for a friendly, outgoing New Vehicle Technology Specialist / Delivery Specialist to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and technology. You’ll help customers learn all the exciting features of their new Cadillac, ensuring they leave confident and excited about their new vehicle.

No automotive experience? No problem. If you’re comfortable with technology and enjoy teaching others, we’ll provide the paid training you need to become a Cadillac technology expert.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers as they take delivery of their new Cadillac.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and premium Cadillac systems.
• Assist customers with Bluetooth pairing, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, Wi-Fi hotspot, navigation, and Cadillac mobile app setup.
• Explain driver-assistance systems, infotainment features, safety technologies, and vehicle controls.
• Customize vehicle settings and driver profiles based on customer preferences.
• Answer customer questions and provide a comfortable, enjoyable delivery experience.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to answer technology questions and provide additional assistance.
• Stay current on Cadillac technology, new model features, and software updates.
• Assist the Sales Department throughout the vehicle delivery process.
• Help maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and manufacturer survey scores.

What We’re Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, computers, and modern technology.
• Ability to explain technology in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, technology, education, or automotive is a plus—but not required.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
