Title: Warehouse Shipping Fulfillment Associate
Reports To: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Location: 1005 E Pike St, Seattle WA, 98122
Position Overview: As a Warehouse Shipping Fulfillment Associate, you’ll work as an essential part of a fast-paced team to make sure our coffee and merchandise are packaged and shipped to the many Vita Coffee drinkers out there. Assist with inventory and stock-keeping for all items that come through our facility: merchandise, supplies, cold brew, etc. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, take pride in accuracy, and are hardworking.
Responsibilities

Execute daily order fulfillment in line with packing standards & procedures across all distribution channels: Wholesale, E-Commerce and Drop Ship.

Accurately read pick lists and picking tickets to pick and pack the corresponding coffee, merchandise and supplies.

Navigate NetSuite to fulfill Sales Orders, creating item fulfillments, and invoicing.

Print appropriate shipping and distribution documents (e.g. Shipping Labels, Packing Slips, Invoices)

Maintain open channels of communication with Production and Account Management teams, including communication run through Slack and Email.

Assist in receiving and stocking all inbound shipments, including green coffee, merchandise, supplies, cold brew etc..

Adhering to inventory control processes as directed by the Procurement and Inventory Control Manager.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, basement and merchandise room.

Keep work station organized, tidy and well-stocked with high use consumables (eg: packing supplies).

Maintain up to date knowledge on all Caffe Vita products, packaging and equipment.

Ensure Caffe Vita’s superior quality is represented in every product and all services.

Fully understand and execute all safety, quality, and sanitation policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
Qualifications

Prior experience with Microsoft Suite, (Excel, Word, OneDrive) NetSuite, and Slack is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Superior organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Work well individually and with a team.
-
Safely lift 50 lbs. unassisted.

Safely operate pallet jack and willingness to become forklift certified.

Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays.

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in any given situation.

Ability to quickly learn new systems.

Compensation: $23 - $25 / hr
