Summary: Caffe Vita Sales Representatives are responsible for gaining and maintaining wholesale customers. You are a Brand Ambassador for Caffe Vita’s reputation for exceptional service and products. 


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
§    Minimum 3 years of sales experience in coffee, beverage or foodservice                                

§    Excellent sales & customer service skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
§    Proven passion & knowledge for coffee, tea, related retail items and industry trends
§    Strong multi-tasking, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills
§    Strong organizational skills with emphasis on managing customer profiles, contact sheets, and calendars
§    Ability to manage a sales pipeline, targeted hit list and routinely visit top customers.
§    Display professionalism and enthusiasm for Caffe Vita in appearance, communication and manner of interaction
§    Ability to understand written and oral instructions from management and execute plans

RESPONSIBILITIES 
§    Obtain and Retain wholesale relationships, and help them grow their sales.
§    Help troubleshoot equipment/training issues, and organize additional service
§    Recommend additional products/services based on customer needs
§    Immediately report any issues, red flags or areas that need direct attention
§    Manage internal requests and inquiries
§    Provide answers to common and basic accounting questions
§    Relay pertinent customer information to Sales and Service
§    Maintain education on current coffee and products
§    Submit weekly reports and customer concerns to leadership

PHYSICAL DEMANDS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
§    High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred
§    Previous customer service or food/hospitality industry experience preferred
§    Able to sit or stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift
§    Knowledge and/or passion for Coffee Culture
§    Knowledge of Office 360 and Netsuite preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

§    Base salary plus commission paid out quarterly. Targeted range from $80K to $140K annually
