Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced ASE Certified Service Technician to join our service team. This role is designed for a technician who can handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs independently while maintaining factory standards.

Compensation

• Up to $45 per flat-rate hour.

  • Based on experience, certification level, and production performance.

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday through Friday

• Occasional Saturdays as business demands

• In-person position located in Heflin, AL.

Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently

• Perform complex engine, transmission, electrical, and driveline repairs

• Complete warranty repairs in strict accordance with Ford requirements

• Utilize Ford diagnostic systems including IDS and FDRS

• Document findings and completed work thoroughly on repair orders

• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability

• Maintain current ASE and Ford training certifications

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repairs and timelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Assist in mentoring developing technicians when appropriate

Qualifications

• Current ASE Certifications required

• Minimum of 3 years of dealership-level experience

• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills

• Familiarity with Ford diagnostic software preferred

• High level of attention to detail

• Professional communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
