Field Operations - Carpenter/Laborer

Bulley & Andrews is seeking a skilled and dependable Field Operations Carpenter/Laborer to join our team in Wilson, WY. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of construction and labor tasks at our project sites, supporting the completion of high-quality work while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in carpentry and general labor, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents in the construction, repair, and maintenance of structures and frameworks.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications.
• Ensure job sites are organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload building materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specification.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and project instructions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in carpentry and/or general labor roles preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in construction.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Wilson, WY job site.
