Buckeye Nissan is currently hiring an Assistant Service Advisor to join our team!

Responsibilities

• This role will work with the Service Advisors to greet customers, listen to customer requests, and help schedule service appointments
• Operating a motor vehicle as necessary
• Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
• Advising customers about the necessary service for routine maintenance and repair needs.
• Interact with technicians and shop leaders to better understand vehicle needs and share the information accurately with our customers
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize conflicting tasks
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your hard work matters and is rewarded
• ability to collaborate and work with others effectively
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
