What You’ll Do

 

 

  • Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles

  • Work showroom, phone, and internet leads

  • Build relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business

  • Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives

  • Present pricing, features, protection products, and financing options

  • Collaborate with Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers to finalize deals

  • Follow up with prospects using CRM and digital tools

  • Maintain strong product knowledge on Honda vehicles, trims, and technology

  • Deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finish

 

 


 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, B2C, commission-based roles)

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and mobile apps

  • Self-motivated and competitive

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Clean driving record

  • Must pass background check and drug screening
