As a Car Wash Service Advisor at The Car Wash at Bruner's, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking oil change services. You will ensure that every vehicle receives top-quality care and that customers have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your role is vital in managing the flow of vehicles through our car wash facility, providing expert advice, and maintaining high standards of service. 

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assess customers' needs and provide recommendations for services.
• Manage scheduling and workflow to ensure timely service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with Lube Center team members to coordinate activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer information.
• Promote additional services and upsell when appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards within the facility.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Able to work afternoons and Saturdays. (This is an afternoon shift.)
