We are currently seeking a Parts Counterperson with experience in auto parts sales. Prior Ford dealership experience is a plus, but not required. If you're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through service repair orders

• Locate and order parts not in stock, including special orders

• Communicate clearly with customers and service staff about parts availability and status

• Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves as needed

• Follow all safety and compliance procedures

• Support a clean, organized, and professional parts department

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in a service or parts department

• Experience with Ford parts or Dealertrack DMS is a strong plus

• Knowledge of automotive parts and repair procedures

• Effective communication, math, and computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day

• Positive, customer-first attitude and strong work ethic

• High school diploma or equivalent
