Port Orchard Ford is looking for a high-energy Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team — someone who’s ready to build a personal brand, grow a loyal following, and make car buying fun, fast, and easy for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating short-form video content (vehicle walkarounds, delivery moments, specials, etc.)

• Building your own audience and personal brand via Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more

• Engaging with local businesses, events, and community organizations

• Helping customers buy and sell cars in a transparent, no-pressure way

• Using video text tools and DMs to follow up with leads

• Being the face of the dealership online and offline
