Brown’s West Branch is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Detailer with paint correction experience to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with vehicles, and has an eye for detail.
We are looking for someone who can wash, clean, polish, and prepare vehicles for customers and our lot, with experience or an interest in light paint correction and paint enhancement. Experience with buffing and polishing is a plus—we are willing to train the right person. Upper pay range reflects a candidate that has paint correction and undercoat experience.

What You’ll Do
- Wash, wax, vacuum, and thoroughly detail vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, inventory, and lot display
- Perform light paint correction and paint enhancement, including polishing and removing minor imperfections such as swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and water spots
- Apply waxes, sealants, and other products to enhance and protect vehicle finishes
- Clean and prepare vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles meet our standards before delivery
- Safely move vehicles around the dealership and lot
- Keep the detail area and lot clean and organized
- Assist with other detail department duties as needed

- Experienced with undercoat and paint correction, polishing, or buffing (a plus, but not required)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to complete pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles
- Must be at least 18 years of age (to meet insureability requirements)
- Willingness to maintain compliance with our insurance requirements
