As a BDC Representative at Safford Mazda Alexandria, you will be the digital face and voice of our dealership. Key Responsibilities

  • First-Class Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and live website chat.

  • Lead Conversion: Initiate strategic outbound follow-ups to prospective and existing customers, turning warm digital leads into confirmed showroom appointments.

  • CRM Mastery: Maintain flawless data integrity by logging all customer interactions, notes, and appointment statuses in our CRM system.

  • Cross-Department Synergy: Coordinate closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff when a customer arrives at the dealership.

  • Performance Tracking: Assist leadership in monitoring lead statuses, appointment show-rates, and key sales performance metrics.
