How You'll Make An Impact 

The Banquet Superviosr is responsible for supervising food and beverage banquet service, staying attentive to guest and team member needs.

• 90% of the time or more, will be spent in direct operational contact with staff and guests to  ensure guest loyalty and direct hands-on supervision
• Meet with banquet meeting planner or contact to establish rapport and evaluate any immediate needs
• Assist in the development, coordination and implementation of banquet practices and  procedures
• Assist in establishing solutions for challenges in banquet service

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring

• A minimum of six months of supervisory experience 
• Two or more years of banquet/server food & beverage experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
