Job Summary

A Finance Manager (F&I Producer) is responsible for selling finance and insurance products to new and used car customers while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary paper work is obtained efficiently and correct with each transaction and fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Stay current with product knowledge.
• Maintain a competitive attitude.
• Maintain F&I income at acceptable levels.
• Set and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Safeguard all customer information.
• Be able to provide exceptional customer service.

General Company Related Duties and Responsibilities

• Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards.
• Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior Sales Leadership – Dealership experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Strong understanding of inventory control
• Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
• Deal with local and national vendors and manufacturer representatives
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Working Conditions

The employee will work indoors and outdoors.
