Physical Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team as a Contractor.

Requirements

• Ability to commute to patients home
• Ability to take cases in the general area of Weston, Hollywood, Miami Gardens, Pembroke Pines, and Miramar.
• AHCA Level 2 Background check. https://info.flclearinghouse.com 
• Valid State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proficiency in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Availability to work weekends and short notice as needed

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote healing.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
• Timely documenting visits.
