Position Summary

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and professional Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living for clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to the supervising nurse.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Schedule & Pay

• Flexible shifts: Day, evening, overnight, and weekend options available.
• Competitive hourly pay: $19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.
• Additional pay incentives are available depending on case type and shift timing.
• Mobile time tracking and care notes, employees can easily clock in and out for work right from a mobile device. Online or offline.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification (required).
• Current physical, PPD/TB test.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, willingness to travel to clients’ homes.
• Ability to work independently and with compassion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
