BrightStar Care offers competitive salaries, benefits and recognition for your competent and compassionate care.  We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse interested in providing home care and school nursing for elementary age clients..  Available shifts are seven days a week 12 hour shifts.  One weekend day is required.

We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:

• Medication set up and oversight 
• Tube feeding
• Oxygen therapy
• Hoyer and wheelchair
• Wound care
• Attending school with the child
• Assisting in childhood development

• Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Provide in home assessments
• Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

• Must have at least 1 year Pediatric experience 
• Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
• Certified CPR Certification
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.   Must be able to lift 50 pounds
