Urgently Need Male Caregivers, CBRF, CNA for Oconomowoc (all shift 24/7)

URGENT HIRING!

We are looking for a male caregiver to assist one of our clients in Oconomowoc, Experienced caregiver required.
Hoyer lift. He's a big guy 6ft 2 in and about 250 lbs. Paralyzed completely on the left side.
No smokers.
We will have him 24/7

Shift:

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd - 24/7

Benefits:

• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• Minimum requirement: 2-3 days per week
• Pay based on experience and certification

Requirements:
Hoyer Lift Experience
High school diploma or GED

• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• 1+ year of caregiver or home care experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable automobile (preferred)
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties (standing, walking, squatting, bending, etc.)
• Willing to travel from 10-35 minutes max to go to the client's home

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to patients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with exercises and physical activities (if the client is capable)
• Document and report changes in clients’ conditions to the Director of Nursing
• Promote a safe and supportive environment, ensuring quality care
• Adhere to patient rights and follow care plans
