Caregivers, Home Health Aides Needed - 12hr Shifts

All Home Health Aides or Caregivers MUST Speak Fluent Spanish!!

Overview:

 BrightStar Care is looking for SPANISH SPEAKING caregivers or Home Health Aides to provide in-home private personal care services for a male, Spanish quadriplegic.   Shifts can range in hours up to 12 hour day and/or night shifts.   Home Health Aides or Caregivers will be responsible for providing the required personal care services as well as helping maintain safety and provide continuity of care the patient.

• Responsibilities
  • Provides client with excellent care in accordance with established care plans
  • Assists clients with personal hygiene needs
  • Maintains a safe and clean environment for clients
  • Reports any changes in client's conditions or needs
  • Maintains clear communication with clients and their families
  
  Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
• • A valid driver's license and a reliable car
  • Excellent communication skills - MUST SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH!
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
  • Valid auto insurance
  • Preferably 1 year of experience working in healthcare
