Position Overview:

Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in pediatric care? BrightStar Care is seeking a skilled pediatric RN to provide one-on-one home healthcare for a 6-year-old child in NE Portland requiring tracheostomy care, ventilator dependency, and G-tube management.

This is a private duty nursing (PDN) position, offering Monday – Friday night shifts with flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts available. Position Details:

• Patient: 6-year-old child with a trach, ventilator, and G-tube.
• Location: NE Portland, OR – Private home setting.
• Shifts Available: 8- or 12-hour NOC shifts (Monday – Friday).
• Specialty: Pediatric Home Health, Private Duty Nursing, Ventilator & Tracheostomy Care.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon RN License – Must be current and unrestricted.
• Pediatric Nursing Experience – At least one year in pediatric, critical care, or home health nursing.
• Ventilator & Tracheostomy Care Skills – Experience in trach maintenance, ventilator management, and G-tube care required.
• CPR/BLS Certification – Must have a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Background Check Required – Candidates must pass a criminal background screening.
• Authorized to Work in the U.S.
