Seeking a Client Care Manager for a new home care agency in Duluth/Suwanee.
If you enjoy helping people, building relationships and mentoring caregivers we have a great position for you.
up to 3 days per week from 9AM - 4:00PM.
You will be working in an office with the operations, but mainly alone answering the phones in the office.
Customer service experience is a plus.

Performance Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls for service and job inquiries
• Document client data and visits in scheduling system
• Discerns and communicates to staff clients’ needs as outlined in agreements,
verbal requests or concerns, and care plans
• Enters staff information into a database and sets reminders for supervisory visits,
medical requirements, performance evaluations
• Enters client information into the database updating hospital admissions and
discharges
• Coordinate alternate staff in the event of unscheduled time off
• Provides general office duties including word processing, filing, photocopies,
ordering supplies, and providing reception and telephone duties
• Assisting with recruiting and interviewing
