Responsibilities:

  • Field Supervisory Visits:

  • Conduct regular visits to clients' homes to ensure the quality of care provided by caregivers meets company standards.
  • Evaluate caregiver performance and provide constructive feedback and support as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the clients' care to ensure continuity and quality of services.
  • Medical Assessments for New Clients:

  • Perform comprehensive medical assessments for new clients to determine their healthcare needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Communicate assessment findings and care plans effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including caregivers, clients, and their families.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client assessments, supervisory visits, and training sessions.
  • Generate reports as required by regulatory agencies and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop individualized care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records systems.
  • Current CPR/1st Aid certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Supervisory visits: paid on a per visit basis 

  • Mileage reimbursement for travel related to supervisory visits and assessments

Schedule: Part-time, flexible schedule
