FELMALE NURSES 2-3 HR SHIFTS

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurses to join our Brightstar team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care across various settings, including critical care and behavioral health. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

• Provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
• Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and infection control practices.
• Familiarity with behavioral health principles is an asset.
• Hoyer lifts
• Straight Cath
• Spinal Cord injury

RN/LPN Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must have physical within the year
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening.
• Must have hands on CPR card.
• Active RN/ LPN Licenses in the state of IL
