FIELD SPECIALIST - CNA

Schedule: Flexible hours

Hourly Wage: $18.00-19.00/hour

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full-time hourly but open for part-time

Responsibilities:

1. Priority is to help take care of clients in the field,
2. Help with On Call rotation
3. If limited field assignments, can help in the office for a few hours to help with quality assurance calls.
4. Assist with new client meet/greet with new staff
5. Help with training and mentoring new field Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants

Requirements

• High school diploma /GED
• Driver's license and car insurance required
• CNA Experience preferred with experience in a Home Care, Nursing Home and Assisted Living
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• CPR Certification Required
• Superior customer service orientation
• Help conduct new client meet/greets, help with training new staff in the community, mentorship program
• Must be comfortable handling complex scheduling demands and managing multiple contractors
• Good computer skills (Internet and Word essential, Excel preferred).
• Requires familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as required by BrightStar Care guidelines as well as the ability to respond professionally and appropriately on behalf of BrightStar Care.
• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter and capable of working autonomously with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Requires the ability to prioritize complete work on time, be detail-oriented, exhibit a service orientation to clients and be team player with a positive attitude.
