We have cases in the North Hills including Sewickley, Wexford, Gibsonia, Fox Chapel & Natrona Heights that require part-time, full-time, day shifts, and night shifts so we can find a perfect fit for you. Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) ($15-$17) typically supports 1 to 2 clients with regular shifts customized to your availability. We understand you may have family responsibilities or other jobs to work around and our office staff works hard to accommodate each employee.

Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) - Field Specialist ($17-$20) may support multiple clients each shift and must be more flexible with availability to help pick up shifts for other employees. 30 hours worked per week guaranteed. If scheduled to work less than 30 hours, you will be paid the difference at the agreed upon rate. You must be available for 12 hours per day and be available 5 days/week including at least 1 weekend day. Field Specialists are also eligible for up to 5 Paid Days off per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA):

  • Provide client with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping.
  • Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, shopping.
  • Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure client’s rights.

REQUIREMENTS of the Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA):

  • Treats clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image
  • Empathy for the needs of the clients
  • Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Reliable and insured transportation
