BrightStar Care of Lubbock is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Plainview and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care according to individualized plans of care.

• Perform wound care, medication administration, IV infusions, and other skilled treatments.

• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.

• Coordinate care with physicians, patients, and families.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Provide care to Medicaid and private-pay patients. NO OASIS required.

What You'll Need

• Active, unrestricted Texas RN license.

• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

• Wound care experience is a plus.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
