Make a Difference Through In-Home Therapy

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care to pediatric and adult patients throughout the Texas Panhandle. This PRN position offers the opportunity to help patients improve daily functioning and work toward their individual therapy goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home occupational therapy evaluations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.

• Provide treatment and follow-up visits based on patient needs.

• Supervise assigned Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and review their documentation.

• Communicate patient progress and care needs with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapist license.

• At least one year of OT experience.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage scheduled visits.
