Clinic Licensed Vocational Nurse, LVN

We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a private outpatient clinic on a full-time basis. This position combines hands-on patient care with clinical and administrative responsibilities. The LVN will assist with TMS treatments, insurance pre-authorizations, patient care, and day-to-day clinic operations.

Schedule, Pay & Location

• Location: Lubbock, TX

• Pay: $20–$24/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Occasional Saturdays: Approximately 3–4 hours when the clinic is open

Responsibilities

• Assist with TMS treatments and operate TMS equipment according to training and clinic protocols.

• Prepare and monitor patients during treatments.

• Take and document vital signs and other required patient information.

• Complete insurance pre-authorizations and related documentation.

• Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers.

• Assist with patient scheduling and intake.

• Maintain accurate patient records.

• Perform general administrative and clinic support duties as needed.

• Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license.

• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred.

• Experience with insurance pre-authorizations is a plus.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working with both patients and administrative tasks.

• Able to learn and operate specialized medical equipment.

• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
