What You’ll Do
Working under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will:

Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s plan of care

Provide occupational therapy services in patients’ homes

Work with both pediatric and adult patients
-
Coordinate visits directly with patients and families
-
Support patients in developing skills that promote independence and quality of life
-
Document patient care and progress accurately and timely
-
Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and care team
This role is well suited for a COTA who enjoys variety, values patient-centered care, and is comfortable working independently in a home health setting.
Schedule & Pay

$35–$42 per hour

What We’re Looking For
-
Current, unrestricted Texas COTA license
-
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
-
Current BLS/CPR certification
-
Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
-
Compassionate, patient-focused approach

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
