As an LVN on our skilled team, you’ll provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, helping them receive the care and support they need in a familiar environment. Your responsibilities may include:- Providing skilled nursing care according to the patient’s plan of care
- Wound care
- Medication administration
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Communicating with the care team regarding patient needs and progress
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families
Schedule & Pay
- full time position
- Monday–Friday, with after-hours rotation
- $900–$1,000 base pay + incentives
- Flexible scheduling
- Location: Amarillo, TX & Surrounding Texas Panhandle Communities
What You’ll Need
- Active LVN license in Texas
- 1+ year of LVN experience
- Wound care experience preferred, but not required
