Skilled Registered Nurse

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Skilled Visits | No OASIS | Flexible Schedule
Location: Amarillo, TX + surrounding areas
Schedule: PRN / Per Visit
Pay: $40–$50 per visit (Paid Weekly)
Ideal Availability: 2–4 days/week

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including:

• Wound care and dressing changes
• Medication administration and teaching
• Patient assessments and follow-ups

You’ll manage your own visits and build real relationships with your patients—no rushing room to room.

What You Need

• Active Texas RN license
• At least 1 year of experience (home health preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• Strong communication and patient care skills
