What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, range of motion, and pain levels

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices

• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed

• Communicate changes in condition with the Director of Nursing and physicians

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including discharge planning

• Deliver compassionate, respectful care to patients and their families

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)

• Minimum of 1 year of PT experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
