Overview
We are actively seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Infusion Nurse / Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This immediate hiring opportunity offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where your expertise in infusion therapy, patient assessment, and comprehensive nursing care will make a meaningful difference. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in home health care and long-term care environments with open availability to serve clients in the Bluffton and Savannah areas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer IV infusions, medications, and therapies accurately while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine appropriate care plans.
  • Monitor patients’ responses to treatments, managing acute pain and providing timely interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for diverse patient populations, including those in hospice, memory care, or behavioral health settings.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, medication administration, and post-care instructions to promote understanding and adherence.

 

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (South Carolina or Georgia)
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Current TB test (Negative or Non Reactive)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations across various settings including emergency room, medical-surgical units, outpatient clinics, or home care environments.
  • Proficiency in advanced nursing procedures such as IV insertion, medication administration via injection and ventilator management.
  • Excellent assessment skills combined with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments like trauma centers or urgent care clinics.
