We have an urgent need for Infusion Nurse / Registered Nurse in Beaufort and Savannah area with open availability. This is an ideal role for nurses who want flexibility, autonomy, and the reward of making a difference in patients’ daily lives all while providing high-quality skilled nursing care in home settings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care according to the plan of care
• Perform infusion, assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education
• Collaborate with the care team, physicians, family members and other members of the patient care team to implement and follow a patient specific care and treatment plan
• Assess, monitor, document and report progress of patient's health and condition using required documents such as clinical progress notes using a clinician preferred technology and within established timelines
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse / RN specific to that state the employee is assigned to work.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and time management skills

Job Type: Per diem, Contract, Part-time, PRN
