Position Overview:

As our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you'll collaborate with our Director of Nursing to lead, support, and inspire our nursing staff. Your passion for providing top-notch patient care and your dedication to cultivating a positive and collaborative environment will make you the ideal candidate for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and current license.
  • Proven experience in a nursing leadership role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
